What Can You Expect?
Every client needs a different level of involvement—and to that end, I work with you to create a custom package of graphic design and content services which serve you best. Small businesses can outsource projects rather than having employees wear yet another hat for which they may not have the experience to handle well. A marketing or advertising agency may need to complement their in-house capabilities at times. Whether I serve as your project's creative director or join your team to develop discrete components, you'll receive incomparable attention and service.
A meeting of minds is paramount to a successful project. I will ask tons of questions to reveal unique aspects of your business and realize that your focus and goals may turn on a dime—and have the flexibility to change course when you do. Expect versatility, willingness to incorporate new perspectives and the ability to hone in on those details that makes the indelible difference when we work together.
A successful outcome requires research, continual refining, expanding initial ideas and re-evaluation at each stage. We'll discuss what impact the project should have on your brand, your prospects and customers as well as your competition. I'm keenly aware of how information overload and shortened attention spans have redefined design and marketing. My graphic design and content services provide striking simplicity, clarity and will steer your target audience into the action you desire.
I work with many types of small and medium size businesses, advertising agencies, marketing firms and communications specialists: locally, nationally and internationally. If you need to outsource your project or various components, I can work seamlessly within your parameters and design sensibility.

What you don't know about the web can hurt your business. After carefully researching webhosts, I chose WestHost because they offered a unique service I didn't find anywhere else: virtual private hosting. While you still share a server with other websites, if someone brings their site down, your site is not affected. You didn't realize that this is what happens on other shared servers? Oh yeah. But nobody is going to tell you this. I am.
You have nearly root access to your server which means that you can change your own php.info and httpd.conf files, install scripts and apps that would be impossible to configure without the cooperation of a web hosts IT staff. You have more control over your site and how you want to customize it—you don't have to wait for your host's IT dept. to handle minor changes. Westhost offers a variety of packages for personal and small business. You might pay $1/month more than other hosts, but considering the options and freedom you have to manage your own virtual private server, they are well worth the whopping $12/year extra. Please check out their business hosting plans and I'm sure that you will agree that Westhost is the biggest hosting bargain online.
